Life at the Academy
Fima football Club academy is a sporting organization where kids and youths come to improve Their chances of becoming professional footballers as well as playing soccer as a hobby or for personal fitness. The academy's major focus is on identifying and developing football potential with the objective of transforming them into the international professional footballer they've always aspired to be. The academy is equipped with all the facilities needed to make these talents become better. Our coaches are highly qualified and experienced in their field of expertise. They will make sure that the young champs get the best training to help them reach goals.
We are a community-based football club which has the aim to bring youth football to a much wider audience.
The academy have an excellent track record of providing young players with the opportunity to become a professional footballer. We also have strong scouting network across Europe and the middle east. We offer a professional football academy for players of all ages and abilities from 5 to 20 years old. We believe in player development and we are committed to developing young talents into professional footballers.
We have plans to camp our academy players in the not-too-distant future, but everything is still in the works since a lot of work and formal documentation must be completed first; we are working on it now. We've also begun building our permanent location, a mini-stadium, here in Osun State and lagos state as well; we'll have more information on it soon. The sporting complexes will be equipped with all of the necessary amenities to guarantee that our players receive the greatest possible football training, both physical and psychological, in order to develop into great stars in the near future.
Our soccer academy has been set up to improve the chances of becoming a professional footballer for young and growing football talents. We've come to discover them and assist them in their quest to become professional footballers.
Players recruitment and enrolment
Apart from the already discovered players, we also intend to work hand in hand with secondary schools as well as other community football clubs willing to work with us to ensure we get the best talents so they don't end up being wasted talents as has always been the case in the past. We can't keep watching the talents waste in the trash; this is what we want to avoid.
We host tournaments in secondary schools, as well as scouting programs where footballing prospects may demonstrate their abilities so that they can be noticed and discovered, and so become Fima FC players after reaching an agreement with all parties involved.
With all of these, we can be sure to see them and do everything we can to help them realize their ambitions. We have plans to camp our academy players in the not-too-distant future, but everything is still in the works since a lot of work and formal documentation must be completed first; we are working on it now.
Finally, we will be selling forms for individuals who are interested in playing football for fun, passion, or to maintain their physical condition, as well as those that would love to be trained by our academy with the opportunity to become our academy player.
