Our club is dedicated to providing opportunities for youth to pursue their passion for football, regardless of their financial circumstances. We believe that every child should have the chance to chase their dreams, and we are committed to removing any barriers that may stand in their way.

Through our programs, we offer training, coaching, and support for young players to develop their skills and achieve their goals. Our team of dedicated coaches and staff work tirelessly to provide the best possible experience for our players.

Off the field, we strive to be a positive influence in our community by providing mentorship, academic support, and other resources to help our players succeed in all areas of life.

Vision
Our vision is to ensure we dwell on the strength of our networks to land the dreams of these young ones to become professional footballers beyond the capacity of what they could ever think of.
To discover and assist young and aspiring football talents on their quest to become professional footballers.
Talent Development: The primary goal of the football club and academy is to develop the talent of young footballers in Nigeria. We provide a safe and supportive environment for young players to hone their skills and develop their potential.
Education: The club and academy also prioritize the education of its players. This includes both academic and football education. The players go on to be provided with opportunities to learn about the game, tactics, nutrition, and fitness.
Mentorship: Mentoring is an important aspect of our player development. We have experienced coaches and players who can serve as mentors to young players.
Exposure: Exposure to the right opportunities is crucial for young players to succeed. The club and academy provides opportunities for players to showcase their skills in local and international matches or tournaments, and also connect them with scouts and agents who can help them secure professional contracts.
Integrity: As an international football club and academy, we operate with integrity, transparency, and fairness. This includes adhering to FIFA regulations, and providing a safe environment for all players and stakeholders.

History
Fima soccer academy is a football club that was founded in Osogbo, Nigeria. We have been running full activities in Osogbo, Osun state, Nigeria, since 12th of June, 2022. We are not starting out newly as we have operations in Oyo and Lagos state that had been in existence since 2017.
We have an academy and general training arm of our football club that serves to nurture young aspiring football players and prepare them for the adventure that lies ahead, not only in Osogbo but throughout Nigeria. The academy's major focus is on identifying and developing football potential with the objective of transforming them into the international professional Footballer they've always aspired to be. While we have given scholarships to enrol 50 young talents into the academy, registration is open to the general public. Especially for those who want to play football to keep fit as well as young talent interested in playing professionally.
A mini-stadium, here in Osun and Lagos States as well; we'll have more information on it soon. The sporting complexes will be equipped with all of the necessary amenities to guarantee that our players receive the greatest possible football training, both physical and psychological, in order to develop into great stars in the near future.

Competitive advantage
We have a good scout and agency networks around Europe and a few African countries where football plays a significant role. Our vision is to ensure we dwell on the strength of our networks to land the dreams of these young ones to become professional footballers beyond the capacity of what they could ever think of. We know that we have these abilities at the grassroots level, and we want to help them become the stars they've always desired to be without collecting a dime from them once they become a member of the academy soccer team; this is what makes us unique as a football club and academy.
We also take pride in the quality of our technical crew. Our senior coach and club manager, Adesokan Samuel Oladimeji, is a UEFA B certified coach, from The FA Learning UK, London. The provision of top notch football training equipments to improve player performance on and off the field is another factor that defines us as a football club and academy. With all of these, we can be sure to see them and do everything we can to help them realize their ambitions.
